We collect your email address, chosen arrangement, any optional name or business idea, and a record of your consent and the notice version. We use these to record and review your interest and contact you about founding-member access. Our lawful basis for those updates is your consent. Joining does not create a subscription or guarantee access.
We do not send automated marketing emails from this website. Addresses are recorded as unverified until ownership has been checked. You can withdraw by writing to our registered office, marked Data Protection.
Waitlist information is encrypted in BOSSMIO’s private storage on Render. Access is restricted to people authorised to administer the BOSSMIO service through Render. Waitlist records are deleted after 90 days, or earlier when an authenticated deletion request is processed. Hosting backup copies expire according to the provider’s backup retention schedule.
Enquiry correspondence is used to answer your request and handle follow-up. Relevant correspondence may be retained while the enquiry is active or where needed to meet a legal obligation.
Analytics and advertising tracking are disabled. This public release does not load Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels or optional measurement scripts. It does not use bossmio.consent or bossmio.attribution storage.
A secure, HttpOnly, SameSite security cookie protects waitlist submissions. It expires after 15 minutes and is needed to prevent unauthorised requests. Your planning exercise stays in the page on your device unless you download it or choose to copy details into the waitlist form.
Render hosts this website in Frankfurt. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, access times and security events to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell waitlist data or upload it to advertising platforms.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Applicable contractual and legal safeguards are required for international transfers. Social links take you to independent services whose own privacy notices apply.
You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask about restriction, objection and portability where applicable. Write to our registered office, marked Data Protection; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We will update this notice before introducing materially different collection or optional tracking. Optional analytics or advertising tracking would require the applicable consent controls before activation.
